Terms of sale & website use
Last updated: 25 October 2026.
1. Who we are
Paw Life Labs is a trading name used by Maxime Silvestre, 38 rue Jeanne d’Arc, 92600 Asnières-sur-Seine, France. Contact: maxime.silvestre.shop1@gmail.com or +33 7 66 84 31 20. These terms apply to consumer purchases delivered in the United Kingdom.
2. Orders and payment
You must be at least 18 or have an adult place the order for you. Check your chosen pack, delivery address and total before paying. Our order acknowledgement confirms receipt; acceptance and the sales contract occur when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot accept an order, we will tell you and refund payments promptly. We may decline an order for genuine stock, payment, suspected fraud or delivery eligibility reasons, subject to law.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). The total, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, is disclosed before you order. Standard UK delivery is free. Pack contents and prices are those shown for your selected variant. If a clear pricing or description error is identified, we will contact you to confirm the correct details or offer cancellation and a refund; we will not charge more without your agreement.
4. Product information and appropriate use
The GPS collar provides outdoor boundary guidance and training functions. It is not a live tracking device, a physical barrier or a guarantee against escape. GPS performance depends on the environment. The product requires suitable fit, gradual training and supervision. Read and follow the supplied instructions and stop use if your dog shows distress or skin irritation. Do not rely on it as sole protection near roads or hazards. Consult a suitable professional about your dog’s training needs.
The device includes sound, vibration and static stimulation modes. Collars designed to administer electric shocks must not be used on dogs in Wales. Check the rules where the product will be used. Product information does not override local law or the supplied safety instructions.
5. Delivery
We dispatch within 24 hours and deliver within 5 days of ordering, as set out in our Shipping Policy. If we cannot meet the agreed deadline, we will contact you. You retain your statutory rights, including cancellation and reimbursement where applicable. Risk passes when the goods are delivered to you or your nominated recipient, subject to law.
6. Cancellation, returns and faulty goods
See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the statutory 14-day cancellation period, our additional 90-day money-back promise, return costs and refunds. These terms do not limit rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or unfit goods.
7. Our responsibility
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, defective products where liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability or consumer right that law prevents us limiting. We do not exclude responsibility simply because an event involves a carrier or supplier.
8. Website content
Our original website content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may use the site to browse and shop; do not misuse it, introduce malicious code or copy content commercially without permission. Third-party trademarks remain their owners’ property. Links to external services are provided for convenience; their own terms and privacy notices apply.
9. Privacy and complaints
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed. Contact us using the details above for questions or complaints. We will investigate and work with you towards a fair resolution.
10. Law and changes
These terms are subject to French law, without depriving UK consumers of mandatory protections under the law applicable to them. You may bring proceedings in any court available to you under mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules. Changes apply to future orders; your order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed. If a clause is unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue where lawful.
