Shipping policy

Free UK delivery

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only. Standard delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. Delivery is within 5 days of ordering, as stated in our offer. If an exceptional delay occurs, we will contact you and explain your options. This does not remove your rights if we miss an agreed delivery deadline.

Tracking

We email your tracking details when your parcel is dispatched. Tracking may take a little time to update after the carrier receives the parcel. Check your order confirmation and spam folder, or contact us with your order number.

Address changes, missing or damaged parcels

Please check your delivery address carefully and contact us immediately if it needs correcting. Changes may not be possible once dispatched. If your order is missing, damaged or marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. We remain responsible for the goods until they reach you or a person you nominate, subject to applicable law.

Prices and import charges

The total payable and any applicable taxes or additional charges must be disclosed before you place your order. We will not require payment of undisclosed charges without your agreement. If a carrier requests an unexpected import payment, contact us before paying.
